American Bar Association - Main Membership
The stream strategically uses the automatize marketing platform Eloqua, which allows for a more robust and dynamic member experience. Emails are deployed once a week on Monday mornings, “Membership Monday,” and begin one week after join date.
The stream provides a comprehensive introduction to American Bar Association membership and incorporates video, slideshows, infographics, testimonials, social media integration, quizzes and surveys, The stream employs calculated personalization throughout by segmenting the stream according professional tenure and practice specialization, identifying specific resources and benefits that would appeal to the particular segments. The segments also differentiates between active joiners and trial members, with special attention paid toward converting the later group into dues paying members. |

New Member Welcome Stream - Landing PagesThe New Member Welcome Stream calls out special professional development opportunities only found in our smaller entities - practice specialty groups.
An email asks the member, "What is holding you back from moving your career forward?" and then provides five pressure point areas of lawyers - CLE requirements, information collection and management, networking opportunities, building a career profile and gaining recognition for leadership skills. Each landing pages provides entity-based solutions for these pressure points. The solutions are conveyed in number of opportunities offered by the entities as a collective. I created, designed and developed all aspects of the email and landing pages. |
