Do good and do it well.
I have a way of making things happen.
My secret? Extensive planning, tenacious follow-through, and a whole lot of color-coded spreadsheets. Marketing projects, regardless of the scale, involve many moving parts and frequently shifting goalposts. They are also bound by inflexible budgets, finite resources, and strict deadlines. |
Marketing projects do not end with pretty pictures and witty lines - the project ends when the qualitative goals are surpassed.
Marketers are artists, for sure. But they are also nerds. Or at least, I am. Strong organization coupled with long-term thinking makes me the project manager who will set you up for and ensure success. |
Segmentation
Mixing data analytics with behavioral science, I create cohorts of similar users to tailor messaging and cadence for maximum effectiveness (and to minimize churn).
Cadence
Delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time through the right channel is not a matter of alchemy, it's all about that research (and follow-up and re-research).
Marketing Reports
Internal communication is just as important as external outreach and marketing. So often, the first people you need to sell on a product or program are the people within your own organization.
Get more eager buy-ins will clearly articulated reports that capture your audience's attention and convey dense information in an understandable and, dare I say, enjoyable way.
